10 Little Toes

This Little Piggy...

I've been playing around with my photography lately, and have been reading books at the local bookstore and decided that I love natural lighting, and wanted to get a few pics of my dear daughter in such beautiful lighting.

I used a navy blue flat sheet from our king sized bed and hung it up on the window and laid it out flat on the dresser in front of the window and placed a pillow underneath it. I then placed my dear daughter on top of it with just her diaper on. I sat on my bed, continually posing her feed and shooting pictures until I got this one.

I love how her right leg is overexposed and her left leg has such soft light on it. I also love how her toes seem to glow with the sunlight streaming in. This was morning sunlight, so it's very cool and hard.
