Lincoln blue eyes

by Ashley Bunyar
(Topeka, KS U.S.A.)

It was just a normal afternoon where I was snapping shots and my son was walking up to the camera as usual, to try to see the screen.
I was messing on photoshop with the original background lighting, but decided to go ahead and extract my son's image from the photo and place it on to a blank slate which I turned solid black. I then desaturated the image. I used the magnetic lasso tool to trace his eyes and then I messed with the color balance to change his eyes to a vibrant blue color. I'm still practicing editing, but this is one of my recent attempts.
