Looks good in the camera, but head is cut off when uploaded to my Etsy shop

My daughter has a new Rebel which takes great pics, as well as she is a good photographer. She took a photo for my Etsy shop which looks great until it is uploaded to my Etsy shop listing. When surfing, the head is cut off at the top and you cannot see the hat that I am selling; but, when you click on it, the image is very big and nice. I've reduced the pixel size and that just reduces the quality and it still doesn't fit in the frame on Etsy, what is this problem?
