I am still learning about which ISO setting is besst for what level of light. I had my ISO set to Auto for this shot. I was told by another photoghrapher that the lower the light, the higher the ISO should be, however, the more noise there could be also. As I have been doing more research on it. I have noticed that many people on this sight perfer an ISO setting of 100 - 400 for their night shots. Oh, I was also using a tripod for this shot, which took out the camera shake.

Thanks for including the ISO setting on the comment. I am very confused about ISO. I know it is film speed. A lot of my night photos come out with too much digital noise. This photo of yours is very clear!
