Why should my site's ranking be important to you? Because, if a TCI (Techno-Coding-Illiterate) like me can do this, anyone can. As for how I was able to pull it off - here's a question with multiple choice answers, and you only get one guess: - I stopped taking my "stupid pills"
- I kidnapped a world-renown webmaster, or
- I found an ethical and honest company
that delivered what it promised.
The answer... surprise! It's "3" AND a little bit of "2" (I'll explain soon).
The most amazing thing (at least to me) is that I am not an isolated example. There are hundreds doing much better than I am - all using SBI. Just listen to one of them...
Now back to my story...
Why Was I Looking For A Website?
As a photographer, I needed a "marketing" website. But, with my admitted technical and financial limitations, I couldn't design it myself and I couldn't afford to hire someone to design it either. Nice "catch 22," huh? Luckily I had heard of different "translator programs" being available (at least that's how I think of them).
A "translator program" allows you to type in plain old English and then converts your words into "html code" which is what websites are made from. At this point, hope was on the horizon!
The one thing I had become pretty good at was searching for things on the internet. So, quick like a non-programming bunny, I jumped on my favorite search engine and voila... I FOUND HUNDREDS OF TRANSLATOR PROGRAMS!
What a difference 30 seconds can make!
After 3 days of investigating translator programs, I knew which one to buy. I had mentally committed, gotten my credit card out, and was about to click on the link when I happened to look 2 spots down on the search results page. WHAT I SAW CHANGED EVERYTHING!The description read (and I'm paraphrasing) "What's the point of creating A GREAT WEBSITE if nobody can find you?" That hit me like a freight train. Of course I could design a website that I thought was terrific, but I didn't have a clue on how to design it so it would actually be found by anyone else! You see, "translator programs" don't do that. So, I started researching and found something very interesting... No FAQ! They use HUMANS to answer your questions. I was shocked! Pleasantly, but still shocked.
