Punkin Posing

Contented Cat

I had tried several times to get a picture of my cat; but using a flash, his eyes were red on the first shot and then he was spooked for the shots after that. Here, I tried using no flash. My cat has a penchant for being very still -- his main activity is sleeping. On this occasion, he was at least awake. So, with no flash he wasn't spooked; and since he doesn't move, a slow exposure wasn't a problem.

Thanks, Diane. When we got him as a kitten, free to a good home, he was scruffy and dirty. The vet took 14 Q-tips of ear mites out of his ears! But since then, he has turned into a beautiful cat.

I don't have him framed; but he is my desktop picture, as well as being on the home screen of my mom's iPad.
