Session Fees
This page will answer your questions about the costs involved for your photography portrait session as well as product offerings.
The following portrait session fee schedule does not include your portrait order or any other products.
Portrait Session Fees
There are two options regarding the location of the photography shoot: In studio and Off premises location.
IN STUDIO- Up to 2 hours: $250
- 2-4 hours: $400
OFF PREMISES LOCATIONThe off premises session fees include travel time and set-up/tear-down in addition to all time spent photographing the subjects or event. - Up to 4 hours: $400
- Additional hours (over initial 4): $75/hr.
Preparation For The Session
During the pre-session telephone consultation, we will address all your questions and concerns. Typical areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
- Timing and coordination of session
- Clothing choices
- Acceptable forms of payment
- Reviewing the final images on-line
Product Offerings
Once your photography portrait session is completed, Custom Photographic Expressions will quickly process your images and post them to a secure on-line website for your viewing.
In addition to providing the traditional sizes of printed photographs, we offer the following product offerings:
- Electronic CD Photo Album
- Greeting Cards
- Custom Matting and Framing of Images
Book Your Session
Like many businesses, photography is seasonal in nature. Our busiest (non-corporate) time is between May and September.
Due to the popularity of our portrait sessions, it is recommended that you book an appointment as soon as you know the date.
A deposit of 50% of the session fee is required to lock in your special day.
