Take pictures behind glass at an angle

by Janice Rickert
(Duluth, Ga USA)

I have a turtle in an old fish tank. I have to take pictures of him at an angle to not have the flash in the frame. I take several and have to delete a few. I use Paint Shop Pro Photo X2 to edit my photos. I cropped the bottom and right side out, and lightened the picture.

Tip for taking pictures of animals behind glass: Take the picture at an angle, move in close, focus, hold the camera as steady as possible, and take the picture. Take several, because animals usually won't pose for you, and delete what you don't like. Then edit them with a photo editing program.
