This photograph is called "The Saddest Dusk".
Actually, I don't know the girl in the photograph, but when I arrived on top of the hill, she just stood there looking sad and lost and thoughtful.

I got a sudden notion that she would be the perfect subject for a photograph, but I didn't want to ask her, because people often don't act natural anymore, when they know, they are being photographed.

So I first ignored her and set up for some other shots, when finally I realized she sat down on that precipice and was looking into the evening sky. I turned my camera on its tripod and made this photograph. It is simple, it doesn't show much, but I think it expresses a lot.

"This may be the saddest dusk, I've ever seen / Turn to a miracle".
